In 2008 while employed as an attorney in Los Angeles, California, I realized that my passion for real estate, especial for helping homeowners had grown exponentially through my work of negotiating mortgage loan disputes between homeowners and their mortgage companies. It was at that point I started offering homebuyers agent services. Also at that time there was a law enacted that for the first time gave specific rights and protections to potential home buyers. Prior to this law, traditionally, agents were only for the seller, the buyer was unrepresented.
As an attorney negotiating home loans, the idea of helping buyers seemed like a natural thing to do. Who better to represent buyers than someone who understands the financial capabilities and capacity of buyers? We experienced great success in assisting buyers with purchasing homes at the best possible price, saving our clients time and money.
As our client list grew so did the need to help our clients sell their existing homes. Nearly half of our clients had homes to sell before they could buy. We first started helping our clients sell for sale by owner. The internet became a factor and it was important for our clients to gain exposure to the marketplace through the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system. We found our clients needed more help than just exposure. Pricing, staging, gathering buyer feedback, negotiating and handling the paperwork all became critical components of a successful sale. Listing homes for sale was not our expertise (it was with buyers) but because of the vast amount of transactions we were involved in we became experts in a very short period of time helping hundreds of consumers sell their homes.
Over the years we have assisted thousands of consumers, developing one of the most efficient and effective processes in helping consumers buy and sell homes. Our agents experience, knowledge and problem solving abilities are second to none.
